Kompozer and free CSS template problem?

Hi, I’m using Kompozer to create a website, I’d like to use a free CSS template that I found and have adapted it – however, when I published the site I found all the formatting and design had gone and I was left with a very basic site.

I even tried publishing it without any editting and it still publishes without pictures and all formatting and colour is gone.

How do I solve this problem please?

How do i save a css file in Kompozer, and how do i apply it to all webpages.?

How to save css file in Kompozer. Help please.

With your CSS file in the window, go to File and do a Save As. Name your css file ending with “.css”. Make sure you have NO HTML tags on your CSS file.

Only use:

<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”style.css” />

if you are using XHTML 1.0 document type. If usingan HTML 4.01 doctype, the use:

<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”style.css”>

“style.css” can be any file name you want except make sure the extension is the same.

Could do it better and use:

<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”style.css” media=”screen”>

and if you make a separate print only CSS:

<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”style.css” media=”print”>

what is the best resource guide for Kompozer?

I have been doing websites using Yahoo site builder but i have become adept at it and i found that i could only do so much with it so i want to switch over to KompoZer but i have no idea about it. What books, websites, and other tools are out there that explain KompoZer?
